The hotel was perfectly located for our Christmas break, close to a range of activities and attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering recommendations for places to visit and eat. We particularly enjoyed the festive decorations and the complimentary hot chocolate on arrival. The beds were comfortable and the room was sparkling clean.

The bathroom facilities were a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The towels were a bit stiff and could use an upgrade.
